Performance Aliki van der Kruijs & Renée Rooijmans

The participatory performance ‘Het Laatste Kwartier’ departs from a serie of calendars from Aliki's grandfather who noted from 1987 till 2002 every day the weather. He lived in Gemert (Noord-Brabant) his entire life and took care of a piece of land. Aliki van der Kruijs and Renée Rooijmans will host an afternoon with a weather observation walk and a shared reading of the calendars. A collective gesture to release the once noted atmospheric conditions from the paper and let the words from the soil in Gemert vibrate in Eindhoven through different bodies. As a third facilitator the moon will be present as well.
