On the first Sunday of the month, this tour focuses on the architecture of the building. Both the outside and the inside of our buildings will be scrutinised.

The Van Abbemuseum, founded in 1936, is an extraordinary museum building. In 2003, the existing national monument by architect A.J. Kropholler (the old building) was completely renovated and combined with the design (the new building) by architect Abel Cahen. The museum belongs to a group of museums whose collection and presentation as well as architectural design have a contemporary feel.
