Frequently asked questions press

With a press card you always get access to the museum. If you don’t have a press card or you would like to speak to a museum employee. Send your request to pressoffice@vanabbemuseum.nl.

We publish press releases on our website. You can find them here (scroll down).

The Van Abbemuseum uses a media bank where we store photos of exhibitions and artworks. You can also request photographs there without logging in. Visual material from exhibitions in the old building can be found in the Exhibition Archive (Tentoonstellingsarchief) and visual material from exhibitions in our collection building can be found under Museum Archive (Museumarchief). In the column on the left you will find an overview of exhibitions.

Then select the images you want and click on "Add to cart" (Dutch: Voeg toe aan winkelwagen). After you have added all the images, click on "Checkout". Fill in your details there, and after approval of the order you will receive an e-mail with download instructions.
