Kunstenaarsboek van de Amerikaanse kunstenaar Allan Kaprow (New Jersey 23-08-1927, Encinitas 05-04-2006) in de vorm van een muurkalender met teksten en foto's van performances en happenings. Met introductie van Kaprow: "This is a calendar of past events. The days on it are the days of the Happenings. They were days off. People played. Each day is a page, or more, that can be taken off and thrown away. They Happenings were throwaways. Once only. Nothing left - except maybe thoughts. ...". - Sponsored by the Junior Council of the Museum of Modern Art, New York Allan Kaprow made this calendar for the Museum of Modern Art in New York in 1969, in which pictures and the written scores of nine Happenings of the mid- to late 1960s were printed on newsprint. The introduction reads: “This is a calendar of past events. The days on it are the days of the Happenings. They were days off. People played.”
