Clarinetist and photographer Michel Marang plays a program with five new pieces for solo clarinet, electronics and photo sequenties. Diverse as the composers and pieces are, the theme in the program is formed by the shifting patterns in each piece.These sequences are visualized in five pictures each with its own theme, synchronously with the pieces which are projected. The compositions are from Piet Jan van Rossum, Anthony Fiumara, Yannis Kyriakides, Joost van der Goor and Jacob ter Veldhuis.

Opening times: Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 to 17:00. The museum is closed on Monday, with the exception of public holidays. The museum is closed on New Year's Day, King's Day and Christmas Day. The Van Abbemuseum is open until 21:00 on the first Thursday evening of the month, admission to the museum is free from 17:00 on those nights. The museum cafe is also open until 21:00 on these evenings. We offer an internet connection via WIFI in the whole museum.
