Morellet en de lichtkunst

In connection with the solo exhibition of the work of François Morellet (Cholet, 1926) at Museum KunstLichtKunst in Eindhoven, the library is showing documentation from its own archives on this French artist.

Letters, sketches and photographs chiefly record how Morellet’s solo exhibition came about at the Van Abbemuseum in 1971. This material is shown alongside publications of similar-minded artists working within the field of Kinetic and Light Art.

Opening times: Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 to 17:00. The museum is closed on Monday, with the exception of public holidays. The museum is closed on New Year's Day, King's Day and Christmas Day. The Van Abbemuseum is open until 21:00 on the first Thursday evening of the month, admission to the museum is free from 17:00 on those nights. The museum cafe is also open until 21:00 on these evenings. We offer an internet connection via WIFI in the whole museum.
